My info/document was submitted but it won't take my payment

I don't have a Paypal account

I need to make a change to my document after submission.
We are committed to getting your document back to you in the quickest possible timeframe. In order to achieve this, we start work almost immediately after it is submitted. Hence, changes won’t be possible after submission & a new submission will be required. Because of this, we ask that you double check that the document you are submitting is the document and version that you want us to correct.
Note: We relax this policy for documents that are greater than 2,000 words in length as we appreciate that often, such documents are difficult to ever truly call a ‘final version’. If your document is over 2,000 words and you wish to change it, inform us immediately at office@succeedenglish.com attaching the new version. We will endeavour to work on the new version and will allow you to send it to us at no charge. Please note however that this offering is entirely at our discretion and if work is substantially complete on your original document, then we reserve the right to require a fresh submission.

I am working on a long document and want to submit what I have done so far. Can I submit multiple versions?
When we receive a document, we check the document as a whole. If you want to have different parts of the same document checked at different times, then please extract the text and submit only what you want to be checked. You’ll then be able to recompile your document with the corrected text at a later date.
